- We have seven shipping warehouses in order to get your products to you FAST and CHEAP! We have a shipping location in Charlotte, NC, Mesquite, TX, Fresno, CA, Strongsville, OH, Windsor, CT, Orlando, FL and SeaTac, WA. so we can get your order to you much quicker than anybody else. Your order will usually ship within 24 hours of order submission.

- All transactions take place over 100% secure, SSL server. Your credit card will be processed by PayPal, the world's largest and most secure real-time credit card processor. We do not store credit card information on our web site servers. We never sell any information to anybody... ever. Unlike most companies online, we will not give your personal information to other companies so they can call you or send bulk mail and e-mail to you. You can feel safe giving us your information.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can not refund you.
You can return an unopened product as long as you ordered it within the last 45 days. You must return the item back to us. We will then give you an refund minus the shipping or return shipping fees.

USAInclude your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like an refund (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 24 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.
If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago, you cannot return the product(s).
